It’s never been easier to get your order with our new Local Collect service. Local Collect works to deliver your parcel quickly and efficiently, allowing you to collect your order from over 10,500 Post Office branches across the UK. Designed with your convenience in mind, Local Collect delivers your order to the Post Office branch that is closest to you which are typically open earlier and later than you would expect, 6 days a week so that you can collect your parcel at the best time for you, without having to worry about missing a home delivery.

When you have finished placing your order, you will be shown a Local Collect delivery option before the payments page.

Post Offices that provide Local Collect
There are over 10,500 Post Office branches will provide the Local Collect service so you can select the branch that is most convenient for you. You can select your nearest branch during the checkout process. Simply select Local Collect as your delivery method and then select your nearest collection point.

Order arrivals
When you have placed and paid for your order, your items will be processed and dispatched. We will send you an email to confirm that your order has been placed. You will then receive an email or SMS direct from Local Collect when your order has been delivered to your chosen Post Office branch and is available for collection (this is not the same as your order dispatch email direct from Fragrance Direct - please wait for your email or SMS from Local Collect before visiting the branch). Deliveries can be expected within 1-2 working days of your order being dispatched.

Collection times
Your parcel will be delivered between Monday – Saturday during the branch’s opening times. The parcel will be held by the branch for 18 days before being returned to Fragrance Direct.

Collecting Your Parcel
When you collect your parcel from the Local Collect delivery point, you must bring proof of identity (for the person the parcel is addressed to) and proof of delivery address.

Utility bill
Mobile phone bill
Wage slip

If you decide that you would like to return your item, simply give us a call and we can email a returns label free of charge. All you need to do is attach this returns label to your parcel and drop it back at your nearest Local Collect point.
